HIGHLIGHTS OF VERIFICATION OF MEMBERSHIP GUIDELINES

KIND ATTENTION TO ALL MEMBERS:

· Membership Verification is compulsory for all members.
Division/Branch Secretary has to fill the authorisation from of all the old as well as new members and submit alongwith the list to DDO and take acknowledgment receipt.

· Last Date of Submission of Declaration 15-05-2009

· Last Date of submission of list of Members in Triplicate to 20-05-2009
Divisional Head (SSPO/SSRM/SPO)

· Divisional Head should finalize the membership in the 25-05-2009
Presence of one representative from each Union

· Display on Lists in the notice board by DDOs 27-05-2009 to 29-05-2009

· Last Date for preferring Representations if any members to 02-06-2009 Divisional Head

· Deduction of Subscription – (June ’09 Pay) 30-06-2009

We FNPO followers are the cream of organization of Postal Employees we will definitely Complete the Task with dedication of enrollment of membership.
This fresh verification of membership process started through out-country I hope & trust that our every member, Brach secretary Divisional secretary, Circle Secretary General Secretary and all office bearers of FNPO should circulate this to each and every-employees who faith in justice in postal Deptt. and He should be members of our FNPO international family of employees to secure peace & justice for all we should educate the employees of postal Deptt. that FNPO is the only federation which is not controlled by any political party where as other federations are controlled by political parties and member are to forced to observe bund and strike calls given by those political parties in postal Deptt. and every time of struggle their Tires are being punctured by their big bosses resulted in loss of salaries of employees and loss to postal department.
The declaration forms issued from the Deptt of post having signature of Director (SR) are to be submitted to the DDO up to last dated 15/05/2009.
The list of membership those have submitted declaration is to be sent to concerned Divisional head in three copies duty Signed on every page by divisional / branch secretary or authorised office bearers upto 20/05/2009 Scrutiny by divisional head will be done before 25/05/2009. In presence of union representative.
The Exhibition on Notice board by D DOS will be made between 27/05/2009 to 29/05/2009.
Last date for representation if any is fixed as 02/06/2009.
Recovery of subscription will be made from salary of June 2009.
We should educate the postal employees that declaration should be singed only for one union more than one will debars them to become member of any union for 5 Years.
At the time of scrutiny union representative should alert and protect our membership.
The Deptt will nominate one officer at each circle to observe correct and smooth process of verification of membership we should take help of this officer if need be.
We should keep in mind that this enrollment of membership is our fight against dictatorship of one union in one industry and we should secure minimum 20% to 25% rise in our membership.
It is crystal clear that FNPO/NUPE Postmen & Group “D” is the only federation union who will protect the interest of employees and also keep the postal Deptt. In tact.

LATEST HIGHLIGHTS FROM C.H.Q HEADQUARTERS

(i). It is ascertained that after the GDS File gone to Finance Ministry. No further information on the progress could be available. The implementations of GDS Committee and or Adhoc payment of arrears etc appear likely only after the conclusion of General Elections.

(ii). DDG (Esst) showed his directions for fixation of higher pay for all Group D as per DOP Orders dated 27.03.2009 before the end of April 2009 and also for completion of one week training to all non-matriculate Group D. Circles /Divisions to monitor the progress to ensure fixation of higher pay scale with 1800/- Grade pay to all Group D before end of April 2009.

(iii). ACP Orders also only after General Elections.
