My self along with Mr. M.K.Sharma GS R4 and Mr Jagdish Sharmaji CHQ Treasure joined meeting with Hon'ble DG Sir, Member (P), Member (O), DDG (P),DDG (DE) , Director SPN , Director SR & Legal at Dak Bhavan Delhi and discussed various issues positively.
1. Undertaking all business relating to Aadhar through DOP instead of IPPB.
Reply- Issue will be examine positively.
2. All the vacancies of Postmen and MTS cadre before 2018 should be filled from GDS as per 2018 recruitment rules,
Reply - Appropriate changes will be made in the previous recruitment rules and appropriate steps will be taken to fill all these vacancies.
3. Sport quota vacancies in many circles have not been filled yet, they should be filled immediately.

4. Revision in eligibility for LGO promotion exam for PA cadre in respect of service period.
Reply- examine at time of finalize PA/SA recruitment rules.
5.Compassionate appointment cases of covid deceased employee as special case
Reply - Matter pending with DOPT.
6 Regarding inadequate supply of medical and TA funds.
Reply - Recently some funds are received from the Finance Ministry.
7. Appointment under compassionate grounds - provision for non recommended or rejected candidates under compassionate grounds through department CRC due to 5% restrictions of vacancies may consider through GDS CCE for appointment in GDS cadre from eligible and willing candidate.
