No proposal to
enhance the retirement age for Central Government employees from 60 to 62 years
The Minister of Personnel, Public Grievances and Pensions and Minister of State in the Prime Minister's Office Shri.V.Narayanasamy said that there is no proposal and there is no any recommendations to increase the age of retirement of Central Government employees from 60 to 62 years.
While answering to a question, the Central Government again reiterated its stand on raising of retirement age for Central Government employees on 27th February 2013 that there is no any recommendation or proposal to increase the retirement age of Central Government employees from 60 to 62 years.
