In the Note Prepared for MOF, DOPT and cabinet Committee, the Department has failed to include the recommendations of P.K Gopinath Committee. It has been done deliberately by an officer in the Postal Directorate. P.K Gopinath Committee has recommended (Modification) liberally improving some pay benefit recommended by Natrajamurty committee.
FNPO has brought this mischievous act of the officer to the notice of MOS (C & IT) and Secretary (Posts) with copy marked to MOC and other ministers. Copy of the letters are attached below:-
