Payment of TD commission to Stop Gap BPMS (Outsiders engaged) in Branch Post Offices
Sub : Clarification sought for payment of TD commission to Stop Gap BPMs (Outsiders/Substitutes)

In connection with the above subject, the following clarification
is issued for information. Incentive schemes for BPMS was introduced for
securing greater mobilization of savings A/cs in rural areas.
During stop gap arrangement of BPMs, the person engaged for
the work in BO is to perform all work of a BPM, for which TRCA is paid.
Since, incentive scheme is applicable for BPMS, there is no bar in paying TD commission to persons engaged as BPM during stop gap arrangements
