📌 Summary: Rule 38 Transfer Status (India Post – IT 2.0)

Module Purpose:

Allows employees to check the status of their Rule 38 transfer applications via the Department of Posts portal.

Portal Options:

Apply Transfer (Rule 38)

Check Transfer Status

View Transfer Schedule (Rule 38 & Rule 3)

Rule 38 Allotment / Provisional Allotment

Withdraw Request option

Key Feature:

Employees can withdraw their transfer request using the "Withdraw Request" button. Once withdrawn, the status changes from Applied → Withdrawn.
