Respected Sir/Madam,

This is with reference to the letter NU/P-IV/ACP/Anomaly/1/2009 dt. 2-6-09 regarding the
Consent for acceptance of MACPS from the staff member.
We would like to confirm our acceptance for implementation of MACPS as early as possible.
We also request that instructions may kindly be caused to grant TBOP/BCR promotions to eligible
Officials upto 31-8-2008, so that the MACPS can be applied from 1-9-2008.
