Sub;- Payment of second installment of 60% arrears on account of Implementation of Shri R.S. Nataraja Murti Committee recommendations on revision of wage structure of Gramin Dak Sevaks (GDS).

Sir/Madam,

I am directed to refer to the Directorate letter of even No. dated 10 Jun 2010 regarding payment of second installment of 60% arrears to Gramin Dak Sevaks.

It has been intimated by General Secretary AIPEDEU that Circles are not effecting payment of arrears of second installment of 60% to Gramin Dak Sevaks on the plea that verification of fixation is not completed due to non availability of funds.

It is requested that the above matter may please be looked into at your end and cause issue of instruction to all Divisional Headquarters for payment of second installment of arrears expediously.
