All India Conference of our Union NUPE POSTMEN & MTS is
scheduled to be held on 02-06-2014, 03-06-2014 to 04-06-2014 at Akhila Bharatha Bhakta Markandeya

Road, Thiruchanur, Tirupati-517503.(AP Circle). The
Circle Secretary and ‘Reception Committee’ and Union leaders are
full
devoting their time and considering it as their prime responsibilities to make the 19th AIC of NUPE Postmen & MTS a grand success. The Reception Committee will send informative materials to all the Branch and Divisional Secretaries and to every concerned person.

You are requested to intimate everyone who is
concerned about 19th AIC, its venue and dates well in advance and also to
each Branch/Divisional Secretary of your Circle to intimate the number of participants/delegates and visitors and their
arrival at Tirupathi (AP Circle) to Circle Secretary, NUPE P-IV, AP
Circle, Hyderabad GPO.
You are requested to book the train
tickets and inform well in advance to the Branch/Division Secretary
of your Circle so that lodging-boarding arrangements can be made accordingly.
Lodging and boarding arrangement will be available from 2-6-2014 morning 7.00 am to 4-6-2014 night 11.50 pm.
You are requested to extend full hearted support to the
Reception Committee, Tirupathi to make the 19th AIC grand success.
