Yoga sessions in association with Morarji Desai National Institute of Yoga, New Delhi for the benefit of Central Government employees and their dependents at Grih Kalyan Kendra w.e.f. 01.12.2014. The yoga sessions will be held in the morning 7-9 AM at the above said venues for six days in a week (Monday to Saturday).

PSTStanding Committee of Voluntary Agencies (SCOVA) meeting with Standing Groups including National Council (Staff Side) JCM will be scheduled to be held in the January, 2015. The details of the date, time and venue of the meeting will follow. The meeting will be chaired by the Hon’ble Minister of State in the Ministry of Personnel, Pubic Grievances & Pensions.

While answering to a question in Lok Sabha today regarding the retirement age of scientists, Dr.Harsh Vardhan said that this issue is under consideration of a Committee.

The Government has received any proposals to enhance the retirement age of scientists to 62 from the present age of 60 years. The issue is under consideration of a Committee.
