We are happy to inform that our new Mobile Banking Application with UPI Services has been rolled out for customers today. The application may be downloaded by any IPPB customer from Google Playstore.

The new mobile banking application has some major upgrades with inclusion of UPI services, Bill Payments (supported by new back end platform), Aadhaar Seeding on Mobile Banking App (Android).
We request you all to be sensitive to the customer feedback & complaints.
The following new functionalities are now available on Mobile Banking App (Android)
1. UPI Services: Send, Collect, Scan & Pay using QR, Approve/Reject a collect request
2. Pay Bills : Bill payments, Payment Reminders, Auto Pay, New User Interface.
3. Aadhaar Seeding : Customers can now see their correct seeded bank which will significantly increase the success rate for Aadhaar seeding

1. iOS is still on older version. It is planned for public release in a fortnight.
2. All the DOP related functionalities are moved to Post Office Services tab on the dashboard.
3. Virtual Debit Cards tab is not activated yet and we will be rolling it out next week.
