Sub : Regarding filling of vacancies of Postman and MTS from the
waiting list – Maharshtra Circle
Respected Sir,
The GS NUPE of Postman and MTS , CHQ New Delhi vide his letter No. NUPE / 28 / Postman Vacancies / 2021-22 dtd d 19.04.2021.has explained about the acute shortage of the Postmen and MTS staff in Maharashtra Circle. The letter is self-explanatory. Further it has been suggested that to mitigate this problem the posts may be filled by selecting the qualified candidates who are in waiting list. If this is done twin aspects will be achieved. One is the problem of shortage of hands is solved and secondly huge expenditure and time will be saved by avoiding another exam for the purpose.
My Federation therefore requests for immediate necessary action in this regard.
