Dear Brothers and Sisters
On 17.09.2021 in the evening virtual meeting with General Secretaries and other senior held regarding foolish order issued by the department regarding trade union issues.
In the meeting its unanimously discussed and decided that
1. Whatever the amendments so far made in respect of 15(1) C is not applicable to Service Associations as Service assiciations are governed by RSA rules 1993.
2. The intention of the department is molafide and want to finish the unions with hidden agenda
3.Against this illegal order the action be caused through PJCA . The SG is already in consultation with the sister union.
4.If possible jointly meet Secretary and make him to know as to how unconstitutional order has been issued by SR section.
5. Even after all these efforts if department fails to withdraw the order the courts will be approached for legal remedy as the order itself illegal.
5. The meeting totally authorised SG Fnpo to take all possible steps to make the order to with draw.
SO dear brothers and sisters . I have received in many circles up to divisional level there is panic about the information sought by the department regarding list of office bearers and the duration held sofar. I hereby request no need of any panic. The order itself is Un-constitutional and i assure FNPO will do every effort to withdraw the order immediately .
