On Rule 38 issues one zoom meeting held by DDG with our FNPO. SG, GS
NAPEc and GS NUPE PM & MTS participated on 5.10.21 ... Department
asked opinion to maintain PA vacancy roster at Circle level and to hold
exam purpose also .. And intra circle transfer will not considered for
