Subject: Intimation regarding planned downtime in CBS 15th and 16th May
Dear DOP teams,
FSI has planned Oracle version upgrade for CBS DB production and DR database for this weekend. This planned activity will take approximately 40 hrs and will be commenced at 0200hrs on the 15th of May after DC closure of 14th May is completed. Activity and checks are expected to be completed by 2100hrs on 16th May.
During the activity period, Finacle, FAS, ATM, RICT-CBS, E&M banking applications, MIS server and all integrations with CTS, NACH, HRMS, GL, NEFT will not be available. Post completion of upgrade activity and sanity in production / DR, upgradation of Oracle version will be commenced for MIS. MIS server will not be accessible till the 18th of May.
The activity and downtime is approved by competent authority.
