Reply - It is said that the f Postman MTS recruitment rules is finalized and now pending for Hindi version only . We also discussed the supply of inadequate TA funds, Reply - The funds for TA will be supplied as and when received from the Finance Ministry. Enhancement of Fixed Monetary Allowance (Postmen double duty and combination of beat,) and Enhancement of FSC charges. Reply - It is replied that FMC (allowance for double beat and combination of beat) file sent to ministry of expenditure for sanction and revision in FSC is under active consideration as some Circle's have not submitted report yet. We also raised the issue of pending CRC cases in most Circles e.g West Bengal, Maharashtra, Assam, U P, Kerala Circles. Reply - It is replied that all the cases will be settled within a month. Maharashtra, WB,aasam, Karnataka circle's already approved, Then after We discussed the problem regarding the removal condition of 66.66 working strength Rule 38 transfer of Postmen MTS cadre, Reply - we make very positive discussion in this subject, It is replied that the issue will be examined and action will taken early, We also discuss the necessity to provide new mobiles to Postmen staff. Reply - The process to purchase 15000 mobiles for postmen is under progress.
