The department continues to unilaterally issue orders that adversely affect various wings of our organization. In response, the PJCA has issued a memorandum along with a charter of demands and a course of action program to address these concerns.
All Branch, Divisional, and Circle Secretaries are urged to carefully review the scheduled program and take necessary steps to ensure its success.
As per PJCA’s directive, the strike notice will be served on 25.02.2025. Your full cooperation and active participation are crucial in achieving our collective demands.
Course of Action Program:
*14th February 2025 – Divisional-level agitation program like lunch hour demonisation and gate meetings before all offices to educate the needful of hour for agitation to save the department and also to deliver better services to the Nation.
*18th–20th February 2025 – Nationwide wearing of demand badges by employees
*25th February 2025 – Circle-level dharna and submission of strike notices
*3rd March 2025 – Centralized dharna at Jantar Mantar, New Delhi
*10th March 2025– Postcard writing campaign to highlight demands
*11th March 2025 – Mass email campaign targeting policymakers
*18th March 2025 onwards – Indefinite nationwide strike if demands remain unresolved.
