Temporary Suspension of ATM Card Services due to ATM Switch Migration (Phase II)
Sir/Madam,
In connection with ATM Switch Migration (Phase II), the following ATM card-related services will be temporarily suspended with effect from 18.06.2026 until completion of migration activities and subsequent sanity checks:
Placement of fresh/replacement Perso Card requests and activation.
Issuance and activation of fresh/replacement Insta Cards.
Requests for duplicate PIN generation for both Insta and Perso Cards.
Linking/de-linking of accounts in Insta and Perso Cards.
Modification of primary account in Insta and Perso Cards.
Necessary changes have been made in the CCMM menu of Finacle to restrict the above services during the migration period. The services will be restored after successful completion of the migration and sanity checks by the CPRC Team.
However, Post Offices will continue to perform Hotlisting and Card Closure activities without any interruption. During this period, SOLs may continue to accept duly filled request forms, from customers for issuance of Personalized ATM Cards. Such requests may be processed once the CCMM menu becomes fully functional after completion of the migration activities.
