SP.Kulkarni-Secretary of Indian Postal Staff Association has unilaterally joined NFPE affiliated SBCO association. His Circle secretaries has protested against his decision. It may be noted by all concerned that only SP. Kulkarni has joined NFPE and not Indian Postal SBCO Staff Association (FNPO).

Indian Postal SBCO Staff Association (FNPO) still exists and will be participated in the verification minus SP.Kulkarni.
