Postal JCA Meeting
consisting of FNPO,NFPE Leaders
held at
NFPE Office ,Newdelhi on 19-10-13. .The meeting was attended
by secy-genl NFPE Sri.M.Krishnan,and all general secretaries of
NFPE, and from FNPO , Sri.T.N.Rahate,president FNPO and genl
secy P4, G.P.Muthukrishnan

attended the meeting.
The Meeting was presided over by Sri.T.N.Rahate,
president FNPO.
Following
decisions were taken in the meeting.
To include
GDS Staff in the 7th pay commission, 50% DA merger,
revision of
wages to casual labour, if necessary indefinite
strike will
be resorted for.
For other pending
items,
Cadre-restructuring, MACP Anomaly, combination
of duties in postmen ,
PO.and RMS accountant, System administrator,Postmen
recruitment, Engagement of outsiders[ Daily wagers] in postMan vacant places,
Replacement
of all old and wornout computers and accessories,
Maintenance
of Postal staff quarters and post office buildings, eradication of corruption especially
at Divisional and Sub divisional Administrative levels,
filling up
of all vacant GDS Posts with in a
specified time frame,recruitment
of PA to Circle office,sending back the
deputationists from circle office
and regional office to their own divisions and units, Post master
cadre issues ,
conducting of periodical meetings on time , a joint action will
be moved by the Central JCA.
