On the occasion of Platinum Jubilee Celebration of Mumbai Philatelic Bureau a Philately Seminar was organized at Mumbai on 21st June 2016.
Mumbai Philatelic Bureau has
published proceedings of the 1st Mumbai Seminar in book form which includes

Rajan Jaykar, ‘Devotional Post’ by Shri Prashant H. Pandya, Summary of talk on
‘Contribution of the Mumbai GPO in the Development of Postal Communication of
Various Countries in Africa and Asia’ delivered by Shri Vispi S. Dastur, ‘Open
Philately: A template for the future of philately’, Concept note presented by
Shri P. N. Ranjit Kumar, Postmaster General, Mumbai Region and Shri Ganesh V.
Sawaleshwarkar, Postmaster General, Pune Region. The booklet is well designed
and printed in multi colour.
