There will be an approved maintenance window of SAP OER, PTM, CRM and Pl at DC on 4th July 2021 from 08:45 AM to 3:15 PM for network switch reboot activity at DC. Hence, SAP applications related to OER, PTM, CRM and PI will not be available for business during this period.
Due to non-availability of CRM, users may experience non-availability of customer data in CSI POS (viz., BNPL / Advance contractual customer booking may not be possible) during the said period.
Due to non-availability of OER, article tracking may not be possible during the said period. Due to non-availability of Pl, the transactions (viz., article booking, bagging, despatch etc.,) done at CSI POS during the said period may not be available in SAP till Pl resumes its activity.
