WB CIRCLE ISSUS
Today on 09.03.2022 myself alongwith Ms Soma Ghosh President CHQ visited Directorate and meet the Director General Sri Alok Sharma Sir and discussed some important issues for immediate action and solutions.
1. Clarification about new rule 38 policy (dated 31.12.2021)
Reply - Transfer policy is applicable to all Group C employees , Postmen/mts can also apply in any month and eligible for submitting willingness for maximum 10 division.
2. Periodical meeting items - Recruitments of Postmen & MTS cadre, FMC rate and NDC problem.
Reply- Compliance report will call from concern.
3. Provide sufficient funds for clearance of medical and TA bills.
Reply - funds will be supply upto March end. However some circles have available funds but reply received by the Union that bills are pending for want of funds. This was discussed in detail.
4. Regarding IPPB problems and demand for providing new mobiles to all end users.
Reply- Report call form concern.
5. Regarding unsolved long pending issues of West Bengal circle,
Reply- Union may send particular cases with proof. Thereafter adminstration will take action accordingly.
The meeting was concluded in healthy atmosphere and positive manner.
