CBS or PLI/RPLI Transaction pending status and solution in DARPAN Device




To update transactions that are showing as pending, follow these steps:
  1. Before logging in to Darpan Device, go to the settings and change the date to the one for which the transaction needs to be updated.
  2. After that, log in to Darpan Device and go to Transaction Status.
  3. Select any deposit or withdrawal and click on update.
  4. Keep the same update screen on and go to the settings in the phone again and set it to auto date.
  5. Now try to update the transaction again in Darpan Device. The pending transaction will fail.
The same way may be followed for updating the pending transactions in PLI/RPLI
