A
provision in HDMS (DARPAN) Portal is made available to search and close
the tickets. Now Division Office can also raise tickets.
It
is observed that many issues for which tickets raised earlier have been
resolved. Tickets related to the following issues can be closed
immediately if the issues are resolved:
a) OTP Not received
b) Day End Issue
c) BPM Transfer
d) Rollout completed but not reflected in the Portal
e) BO Hierarchical Issue
f) Substitute Management issue
g) Signature verification error
h) User credential issue
i) Unauthorized error for regularly transacting BOs
Additionally,
other issues, such as Data flow into DTR, can be examined by the
respective Sub Office, and tickets for such matters can also be closed .
It
is requested to direct the originating offices to close all such
tickets where the issues are no longer prevailing. This will enable CEPT
to concentrate on the actual issues.
