This is the only case pending in the Supreme Court on grant of notional increment to the 30th June retirees. After hearing the case on 13.12.2024, the case was posted to 11.2.2025. The Court observed that Govt must comply with the interim order passed by the Court. In case the Court find non compliance in letter and spirit, costs as well as interest may be imposed. Very strict orders. The Govt has to implement of interim orders.
