Hon'ble MoSC took a review meeting to strengthen the performance of India Post and to enhance overall operational efficiency.
During the deliberations, proposed to develop a new application encompassing updated modules for ticketing, parcel management, grievance redressal, CRM and other services.
Emphasis was placed on the need for comprehensive role mapping to ensure accountability across all levels.
Also instructed to integrate competitor benchmarking data to support strategic decision-making and performance evaluation.
