            Sub:  Request to consider Memorandum on Postmen & MTS – Reg.

            Ref:  Memorandum submitted by AIEUPM & MSE/Gr-D and NUPEPM & MTS.

            Your kind attention is invited to the above Memorandum (Copy enclosed) which was submitted by both FNPO and NFPE Federations affiliated Postmen Unions. 

            It is reported that no fruitful action was taken by the Department on the issues mentioned in the above Memorandum seriously.  This has resulted in the unrest among the Postmen unions and hence they have decided to launch agitation programme as stated. 

            In view of the above, it is requested that necessary instructions may kindly be issued to all Officers concerned to take suitable action on the Postmen issues mentioned in the Memorandum.

            An expeditious action is highly solicited.
