Your are aware that we have to submit reply to the questionnaire on 10th May , 2014 . Staff side (FNPO & NFPE) has decided to submit common reply to the questionnaire .
As regards Memorandum , National council will formulate the principles based on that NFPE & FNPO will submit memorandum on Postal issues.
FNPO General secretaries are requested to prepare memorandum before 20th May, 2014 and submit in JCA general secretaries meeting on 25th May 2014.
Thereafter common memorandum will be prepared cadre wise.
Now pay commission fixed last date of submission memorandum is 30th June 2014.
Please send your suggestions to your general secretaries before 20th May 2014.
