APPEAL
On behalf of Department of Posts,
I hereby appeal to you to call off the proposed programme of action w.e.f.
27.06.2017 as no useful purpose is served by such Dharnas/agitations.

The issues submitted by the Federation are under active consideration of the
Department. Moreover, at a time when the Department is going through a complete
IT makeover such agitation will only allow to strengthen the hands of our
competitors which agreeably is not in the overall interest of the Postal
Department. The proposed programme of action may, therefore, be called
