Sub:-Request to grant of new scale to the temporary status CL- Reg.
Kindly recall the discussion on the subject with Chairman, Postal
Services Board on 08/02/2018. My Federation submitted a letter on the
subject on 30/09/2016. We were told that the matter will be referred to
the Department of Personnel & Training at that time. The matter was
discussed as one of the charter of demands. Now we have come to know
that this matter has not been referred to the Department of Personnel
& Training by our Department so far, even after 17 months despite
repeated request by our federation. The reason for not referring this is
not known to us.
This is unfair, injustice and cannot be accepted by any federation. My
Federation strongly believe that your office will issue necessary
instructions to the concerned officer to refer the matter to the
Department of Personnel &Training for Redressal.
