Today SGFNPO met the Chairman Postal Board and discussed the charter of demands.During
the meeting from the official side DDG (Establishment), DDG (Staff) and
DDG(SR) are present,the staff side was represented by Shri.N.K.Tiyagi
GS NURC and O.P.Kanna GS,AIPAOA and Devendrakumar , RJCM Member of DELHI
Circle participated.
The
Chairman Postal Board assured to consider all the 15 demands positively
and assured , the reply will be given to the Federation within 15 days
after obtaining action taken report on demands from the each section.
After
the meeting the above staff side representatives participated in the
Lunch hour demonstration at Delhi Circle. The Delhi Police served a
notice stating that the permission is not granted to hold the Lunch hour
demonstration. However we conducted the demonstration in a peaceful
manner as planned. The notice served to the Union at 13.30 hrs by the
Delhi Police Authorities.
