Today 7th March 2018 in
the last 3 years 2 times department call federation and give a demo on IPPB
My Federation submitted
a note with a lot of doubts, our doubts or not clarified so for by the
department
Now with a few hours
demonstration on IPPB department calls remark from the Federation how it is
possible to give remarks within a few hours when department took 3 years to
design IPPB
My Federation have
doubts we want clarifications
Why only 650 officers
selected for IPPB
Why not all the
sub-offices and head offices and have the wings of payment Bank
Payment bank and
existing savings bank activities need to be clearly clarified
IPPB PA will get more
pay than present PA will this difference be justifiable
When India post is able
to run full Bank like Japan post office and German post office why payment Bank
why is it used Kanya Bank model for our post office
Government merging all
bank with a Big bank like State Bank of India under these circumstances how RBI
is giving permission to start new banks
What is the guarantee
IPPB will not be merged any Public Service Bank in future
According to the
clarification directors framing the policies of IPPB then what is the role of
the Postal service board
Being deputation post
rules of reservation or not applicable for IPPB be employees tomorrow it may
create some issues what is the answer by the department
Coming to the business
how we will compete Paytm and Airtel payment Bank
IPPB offering interest
rate at 4.55%on deposits up to 25000., 5% for 25000 to 50000., And 5.5% for
50000 to 100000 whereas Airtel is offering 7.5% how do you plan to match for it
IPPB transaction is
aiming through mobile banking. Reliance company captured almost all customers
by providing free SIM cards what is the strategy to cover Rural banking
It is mentioned in the
presentation postman will carry our business to rural areas if to what is the
incentive to the postman
Further we said
FNPO is welcoming the
IPPB proposal with a condition that not privatised/corporation in future. And
it is the responsibility to look DOP will not get any financial loss because of
IPPB. We also demanded for immediate remedy for shortage of staff in all cadre.
Regarding GDS FNPO is totally opposing incentive system proposal in IPPB and
demanded for the work should be taken into account for calculation of GDS work
load and cap on working hours should be lifted. According to GDS pay report
every Bo is having 886 live accounts and many of the BPM s working more than 6
to 14 hours. AP circle RTI information and relevant evidences also submitted.
IPPB is going to tie up with 11 ministries from which 52 welfare services are
distributed to public. If it was started then every GDS has to work for more
than 10 hours. In view of these FNPO demanded for removal of CAP on Rule 3(1)A
.
