Step 1 – Initial Login
Open the Dak Sewa app.
Tap ‘Services’.
Select ‘POSB E-Passbook’.
Enter any 10-digit mobile number to receive the first OTP.
Enter the 6-digit OTP sent to that number to complete initial login.
Step 2 – Link Your Account
Enter your POSB Account Number and your registered mobile number.
A second OTP will be sent to your registered mobile number.
Enter that OTP to verify and link your account.
Step 3 – Access Your Dashboard
Once verified, you can:
✅ Check your balance
✅ View a mini statement
✅ Download a detailed statement
