Staff side meeting of National council JCM

The meeting of the JCM is scheduled for today with Cabinet Secretary after nine years. Today the staff side meeting was held in Library,AIRF office at 1500 hrs under the chairmanship of Sri M.Raghavaiah NFIR.Sri Shiva Gopal Mishra Briefed the Agenda items.( Available in the Website). The meeting discussed about the burning issues which were not in the agenda (New agenda was not given) mainly committee reports on 1.minimum wage and fitment formula 2 NPS 3.Pension fixation to Pre 2006 pensioners Regular meetings of JCM pattern. Implementation of policy based Court Judgments like MACP from 2006,MACPfor the promotes Increment for the retirees etc. from Postal Side  Sri D.Kishan Rao FNPO and R.N.Parasher NFPE attended. We raised the issue of non recognition of unions on political agenda and stoppage of Departmental Council meetings and recently RJCM meetings.Tommorrow the issue is assured to be raised. A  separate letter will be submitted tomorrow to the Secretary Staff side to  take up the matter seriously with DOP&T. The results of the meeting will be published tomorrow
