Downtime activity from 2:30 PM to 6:30 PM today (8th Feb 2024) to
address the stale connections at database level which is causing
hindrance in smooth access.
Downtime Window : 2:30 PM to 6:30 PM today (8th Feb 2024).
Business
Impact: All SAP Modules including Mail Operations, HRMS, F&A, IPVS,
DPMS, Track N Trace, Complaint Management, Bulk Booking, Bulk Customer
Report and Call Center will be impacted.
It is requested to kindly inform all office/officers accordingly.
